    Notes
    • Watts was probably married before Emma Miller, as on the 1900 census they state they were married from only 5 years but there is a 12 yr old daughter Ella, the number of children category seems to have been re-written indicating there was some confusion as to the number of children for the family vs the mother, as Watts would have had at least 3 children and Emma only had 2 Georgie and WM Carl in 1900.

On the 1930 Census Watts indicates he was 21 at his first marriage, which makes a marriage date of 1883, which Emma would have only been 10 years old at the time, so there must have been a previous marriage, which would also explain the 12 year old daughter Ella on the 1900 Census.

His last place of residence was Marshall County, Civil District 3, Lewisburg, R 5. according to his death certificate. Informant on death certificate is JR Haskins, Lewisburg, Tennessee.
